Scheduling Policies

Pre-appointment details

You’ve made an awesome choice for your health and wellness journey! I'm thrilled to connect with you! Please aim to be five minutes early, whether we're meeting in person or virtually, as our session kicks off right on time. To make the most of our time together, try to minimize distractions. It's all about you, and you're in a judgment-free zone. During our free consultation, we'll chat about your health, wellness history, and goals. Just bring your fantastic self. Can't wait!

Cancellation policies

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. However, to ensure the best service for all my clients, I kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours for any appointment cancellations.

Cancellation Guidelines:

Prior Notice: Please notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellations/No Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee: A fee equivalent to 50% of your service cost will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.

Exceptional Circumstances: I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. In such cases, please communicate with me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your circumstances.

Payment policies

I'm pleased to offer the convenience of online payments through Stripe for my services. Please review the following payment policy:

Payment Methods:

I accept payments through Stripe, a secure and reliable online payment platform. You can make payments using major credit/debit cards.

Payment Due Date:

Payment for services is due before the scheduled appointment or as agreed upon in our service agreement.

Online Payment Process:

To make a payment, please visit the secure online payment portal provided through Stripe. You will receive an invoice with a link to the payment portal, making the process quick and convenient.

Late Payments:

Any payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee. If you foresee challenges in meeting the payment deadline, please reach out to me, and I will do my best to accommodate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice will not be charged. For late cancellations or no-shows, the standard cancellation fee will apply as outlined in my cancellation policy.

Security:

Your payment information is securely processed through Stripe, and I do not store any sensitive financial details.
